Issue Summary

The Activity Stream gadget only displays "Anonymous User" whenever a reporter/assignee is changed.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add the Activity Stream gadget on your dashboard
2. Change the assignee/reporter for the issue
3. Refresh the dashboard and check the activity where you change the assignee/reporter

Expected Results

• The user's name should be displayed.

Actual Results

• The user's name will be displayed as "Anonymous User"

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
