When using the Assignee drop-down, the field doesn't communicate the full list of options available when using screen reader. The drop down list does not function when using IE at all (e.g., when using JAWS 2020, the list does not populate correctly).

When using a drop down-list on the portal, it doesn't work with JAWS 2020, JAWS 2018, and NVDA screen readers using either Chrome or Internet Explorer. The focus does not remain in the drop-down box. The user is not communicated what the form field is.

This is inhibiting users who rely on screenreader software for voice over technology (including VoiceOver for MacOS).
