Sharing an issue from the old issue view is not sending an email anymore

      Summary  

      Sharing an issue from the old issue view is not triggering the desired email notification to the users the issue was shared with.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Open an issue in old issue view
      2. Share the issue to yourself or another user email address. Refer below screenshot:


       

      Expected Results

      You or the user receive an email request when you share the issue with the required details.

      Actual Results 

      Email is not received.

      Workaround

       The Issue share feature is working fine in the new issue view
