"All" tab option missing from new Jira issue view

      Problem Statement

      On the new issue view, in the "Activity" section, the tabs available do not include the "All" option:

      While on the old issue view, there is a tab "All" that displays comments, history etc:
      This is not available on the new issue view.

      Suggestion

      Provide the "All" tab option on the new issue view as well. This helps in reading through the comments and history information on issues instead of having to switch through between sections.
