Issue Summary

Recently, without any changes , some issue type avatar/icon are broken. From the network logs , it return 404 error code meaning Oops, you've found a dead link.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to the issue type configuration page
2. You will notice there's a few issue type avatar are broken

All avatar/icon display

Workaround

Reconfigure again the issue type avatar/icon at https://xxxx.atlassian.net/secure/admin/ViewIssueTypes.jspa
