Issue Summary

It is not possible to add individual users to team in Tempo.

Steps to Reproduce

• Navigate to a team in Tempo;
• Click on Add Member;
• Try searching for users.

Expected Results

Users list will be populated so you can select one.

Actual Results

No results are returned:

Workaround

The workaround is Bulk adding, which is done by using by groups.
