Allow the ability to expand all epics at once in Next-gen Roadmap

As a user I should be able to expand all the epics in Next-gen roadmap, at once. If there are several epics, as of now its a tedious process to manually expand all the epics to see the child issues and export the image. Please consider adding an "expand all" button at the Epic section.
