Issue Summary

Using the bulk change feature from the Jira / Search window will pick up the wrong query result, if between running the query and invoking the bulk change feature another query is run even if that query is run in a different browser.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Browser A: Open first browser - In my case Firefox
2. Browser A: Open second browser - In my case Chrome
3. Browser A: Navigate to https://hello.atlassian.net/issues and run a query - In my case parent in (AAAF-4)
4. Browser A: Wait until result is displayed
5. Browser B: Navigate to https://hello.atlassian.net/issues and run a different query - In my case parent in (AAAF-453)
6. Browser B: Wait until result is displayed
7. Browser A: Select "Bulk Change all x issues"

Expected Results

The Bulk operation wizard will show a list of issues to chose from. The list is the one queried in the browser used - browser A.

Actual Results

The Bulk operation wizard will show a list of issues to chose from. The list is the one queried in browser B.

Workaround

Do not use a search window in any window / browser with the same user account.
