Issue Summary
When using Jira Cloud for Excel to import fields containing dates and times, the date and time format imported is incorrect.
When the language in Jira is set to English, some imported fields contain the incorrect format.
"Created" and "Updated" fields show contain format.
"Last Viewed", "[CHART] Date of First Response", and "Status Category Changed" fields contain incorrect format.
When the language in Jira is set to Polish or Danish, all fields contain the incorrect format.
The incorrect date and time format:
yyyy-MM-ddTHH:mm:ss:SSSZ
The correct date and time format:
The one configured in Excel – Depends on locale

Steps to Reproduce
- Change your Jira profile language to something other than English.
- Import fields containing dates and times to Excel using the Jira Cloud for Excel app.
Expected Results
Fields containing dates and times are consistently imported in a format that Excel can recognize and render correctly for the locale used in Excel.
Actual Results
Fields that contain dates and times are imported inconsistently in different formats depending on the language chosen in Jira and not rendered correctly by Excel.
Workaround
Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
