Options in custom fields of type Select List (cascading) are not showing in the configured order in the new issue view

      The new issue view does not respect the order in which the options are shown in a custom field of type Select List (cascading).

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a custom field of type Select List (cascading)
      2. Configure some options and sort them in any order
      3. Add the field to an issue screen.
      4. Click the custom field in the new issue view

      Expected Results

      The options will show in the order that is configured

      Actual Results

      The options are shown in a different order than the one that is configured

      Workaround

      Using the old issue view will show the options in the order that is configured.
