Unable to delete own worklog in New Issue View

Issue Summary

Even though a user has been granted "Delete own worklogs" permission, the option to delete their own worklog is not seen in New Issue View. However, it can be done via Old Issue View

Steps to Reproduce

1. Log your work on an issue
2. Grant yourself "Delete Own Worklogs" permission 
3. Go back to the issue's worklog activity and attempt to delete the work using New issue view
4. You won't be able to see the "Delete" feature
5. Switch to Old issue view to verify if you can delete the worklog

Expected Results

Users should be able to see the "delete" feature on their own worklog in both New Issue view and Old Issue View if they are granted "Delete Own Worklogs" permission.

Actual Results

"Delete" feature can't be seen on own worklog in New Issue view but can be seen in Old Issue View

Workaround

There is no workaround.
