Issue Summary

As per summary, the JQL query for slack integration is returning error when ampersand is used as field value. The same JQL query when used in the issue navigator does not cause any errors.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a single select list custom field.
2. Put in a value with an ampersand in the field list i.e "Test 4 & Test 5".
3. Create a Slack integration with a sample JIRA project.
4. Attempt to add a JQL condition into the Slack integration. Make sure to specify the custom field in step 1 and reference the field value in step 2.

Expected Results

When used as a JQL condition in Slack integration, it should not return problems.

Actual Results

JQL query cannot be used due to error.

Workaround

No workaround.
