      Renamed users cannot be searched using their email in the project's People section

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Change a user's username
      2. Search for the user using their email in project's People section

      Expected Results

      The user is retrieved

      Actual Results

      The user is not retrieved

      Workaround

      Search using the display name instead
