    • Our product teams collect and evaluate feedback from a number of different sources. To learn more about how we use customer feedback in the planning process, check out our new feature policy.

      Problem Definition

When we export Jira issues from one Cloud instance the Confluence links don't come in the exported CSV (or JSON) file and thereby are not imported to the target Cloud site.

      Suggested Solution

On exporting issues from Jira, Confluence links under Mentioned On ("Confluence page" in the new issue view) section should also get exported and on importing the CSV or JSON file to target Jira Cloud, the Confluence links should get imported.

      Notes

Customer followed the second approach in this knowledge base article: Merge multiple instances of Jira Cloud

      Workaround
