Issue Summary
Customer's mentioned name appears as Public Name from profile and visibility page instead of the stipulated Full Name for other org admin users including himself even when the . https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/profile-and-visibility Full Name is set to Who can see this > <Organisation>
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a public JSD project
- Log in as a managed account user
- Set profile and visibility as below
- Full Name visible to same "Organisation" users
- Public Name is different and set to be visible to "Anyone"
Expected Results
Organisation members comment mentioning you the managed account user and you open the issue view and still appears fine. The notification icon on the left tab (menu tab) shows you appear as the correct full name
Actual Results
Organisation members comment mentioning you the managed account user and you open the issue view and still appears fine. However opening the notification icon on the left tab (menu tab) shows you appear as the public name instead of full name
