Issue Summary

When accessing activity stream from Jira dashboard, the hover over for relative date such as "3 days ago" shows "LLL" when the mouse hovers on the date.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create an activity gadget from the dashboard.
2. Access the activity and hover on the relative date
3. Noticed that the title becomes "LLL" from the mouse hover over on the relative date.

Expected Results

The activity stream shows the exact date from the mouse hover over.

Actual Results

"LLL" was shown from the mouse hover over rather than the actual date

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
