Currently, you can check the amount of storage you are using in Jira/Confluence.

But, when it gets closer to the limit, it is necessary to take decisions on what to remove from the instance.

Suggestion

Provide admins the ability of managing/viewing all the present files attached to issues in the instance. There could be a functionality to list the following:

• Files and their size;
• File extensions;
• Amount of files per project.
