      Problem Definition

      Currently, it's not possible to bulk change the Filters/Dashboards owner and the user will have to transfer the ownership 1 Filter/Dashboard at a time.

      Suggested Solution

      Provide the ability to bulk transfer ownership of Filters/Dashboards.
