      Problem Definition

When new users are trying to create a project for the first time in Jira Cloud, the are presenting with a screen as such:

This "Change template" button could be understood to mean "I want to alter this template" rather than I want to select a different project template.

      Suggested Solution

Instead of having the button called "Change template"
Call it something much more explicit and clear, such as

      "Select a different project template"

      Why this is important

End users can be easily confused by the text of the button and to leave it as is can mismanage user expectations.
