Issue Summary

This is an intermittent problem.

The following scenario is not working in the New Jira Issue View:

1. A user opens an image from the description or comment section of issue A;
2. The user right-clicks the image and clicks "copy", or creates a screen shot of the image which automatically saves the temporary image into the clipboard;
3. The user then accesses issue B and try to paste the image into the description or the comment section of that issue by right-clicking the relevant section and clicking "paste".

Expected Results

Jira saves the image as an independent attachment on issue B, and users are able to view and open the image.

Actual Results

After the section is saved (description or comment), the image becomes unavailable and the console throws a net::ERR_FILE_NOT_FOUND error. The following video better explains the situation:

Workaround

Users can first save the attachment into their desktops, then drag and drop the image into the relevant section, as this video better demonstrates:
