Saved filter JQL strips redundant parenthesis

Summary

Saved filter JQL strips redundant parenthesis.  Effectively query with removed redundant parenthesis brings same search results since the parenthesis are kept in the database entry, yet might be less obvious and less readable to users.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a filter with a JQL that contains parenthesis
2. Save the filter

Expected Results

Filter to be saved with the parenthesis.

Actual Results

JIRA pops-up a message saying the filter is saved but when refreshed, the parenthesis disappear.  The query is simplified and has its parenthesis removed:

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
