Ability to have colors, icons, fonts for Custom Fields

      I would like to be able to add font colors/background color/icons for Custom fields as exist for built in fields ("Priority" for example).

      This is needed when having custom fields which indicate status or severity to allow better visibility when looking at single issue or within reports.
