Make file markup available in the new issue view

      On the new issue view, the local file markup is not available. If we try to use the markup suggested on Text Formatting Notation Help it does not render properly, despite it does on the old issue view. Right below it follows the referred markup:

      [file:///c:/temp/foo.txt]

      Workaround

      There is no current work around.

            After some analysis, we've found that this ticket is a duplicate of the request JRACLOUD-76545 – text editor / markup in new issue view which has more votes.
