Summary
When creatnig a subtasks for a ticket, the parent link is missing from the top header for new issue view.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a ticket with Subtasks.
- Noticed that the parent link is missing from the top header.
Expected Results
The parent link should be showing from the top header.
Actual Results
Parent link is missing from the top header.
Workaround
- View the parent link from the old issue view.
