Summary

Currently, in the new issue view if the attachment name is lengthly and exceeded the width of the thumbnail. The name often displayed in a shorter format such as:

{qute}

20190909_Testing_File_On_New_Issue_View.csv

When you attached the file on new issue view the file name would be displayed as:

20190909_Testing_Fil...View.csv

It would be beneficial if we can adjust the name from the attachment thumbnails itself.
