Images add on comments in the new issue view are broken in the email notification

Issue Summary

When adding an image to a comment on the new issue view, the image preview is sent on the notification email. However, those images are broken in the email notification

Steps to Reproduce

1. Using the new issue view, add an image to a comment on an issue;
2. Check the notification email received by the comment added event.

Expected Results

The image will be present in the notification email and visible.

Actual Results

The image is broken on the email notification

Workaround

A workaround will be to use the "old" view to add images on comments.
