Issue Summary

Done status tooltip doesn't load on the Chrome browser for the correct description.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Edit workflow
2. Update the description of the default Done status
3. Publish the workflow
4. Open an issue in Chrome browser, hover the mouse over the Done Status
5. You will see a Tooltip with no description

Expected Results

Tooltip is should load the updated description of Done status through the Chrome browser as it is loading in Firefox and Safari.

Actual Results

Tooltip is not loading updated description of Done status through Chrome browser
