Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a text (single line) custom field e.g. called: tag > add it to a screen
2. On 3 tickets enter "TES_12.34" in the tag custom field
3. Remove "TES_12.34" from the one issue
4. Open issue navigator and search for:

   tag ~ TES_12.34
   

Expected Results

• Returns only two issues

Actual Results

• Returns the 3 issues
