Selecting a date from 2030 and the following years converts the date to 19xx

Environment

Jira Cloud / Old view

Steps to Reproduce

1. On a date field (using the new or old view) like Due Date or Date/Time, select the date 01/01/2035.
2. Click out of the field.

Expected Results

It will show correctly the year 2035.

Actual Results

On the new view, it shows correctly, but if we open the ticket using the old view or exporting the issue, it will show 1935.

Workaround

Use only the new issue view and when export the CSV, it will be necessary to manually adjust the date.
