      Problem

The created/updated fields are stored in the very bottom of the page when viewing a ticket in the new issue view. Sometimes it is hard to find these fields, depending on how many fields you have.

      Suggested resolution

Have the ability to change the created/updated fields location in the issue view.

Updating 13 February 2023 to show how these fields currently appear, at the bottom-right of the issue view:

This feature would be a huge help to our workflows. Our ticket review process would benefit greatly from being able to quickly view the date a ticket was opened.

We have just migrated to cloud and was also so surprised at how buried at the bottom of the issue view these fields are. Date fields are crucial info of the issue and should not be treated as a "small font" notice nobody cares about.

            Atlassian, can you change this?

Just migrated to cloud and was so surprised at how buried at the bottom of the issue view this is, and that to have any control over that required the creation of a custom field??
