As a user I would like to filter for any Epics with no issues in this epic

    Description

      Any Epics which have no "issues in this epic" are not being worked on. I would like to be able to filter for just these Epics so I can follow up with the teams to ensure issues are created and progress is made.

      This could be developed as a broader function so it works for any issue type without links, not just Epics.
