Issue Summary

When updating issue type in Next-Gen, the user is being redirected to the Move Issues page.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create an issue in a Next-Gen project;
2. Add multiple issue types in the Next-Gen project (Story and Task for example);
3. Try to update the issue type.

Expected Results

Issue type would be updated like in Classic projects.

Actual Results

The user is redirected to the Move Issues page.

Workaround

Follow the Move Issues process to update the issue type.
