Summary

Gif and image file attachments can't be downloaded from Jira in the old issue view. When clicking on an Issue attachment that is a GIF file and attempting to download it, you will be redirected to the source of the file being api.media.atlassian.com where you can download it using your browser and not Jira.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add a GIF file to a Jira Issue and switch to the old issue view
2. Open that GIF file to preview then click on the Download button

Expected Results

The file should be downloaded.

Actual Results

Instead, you are redirected to api.media.atlassian.com to the source of the file.

Notes

This is especially more impactful on Service Desk Projects as they cannot switch to the old issue view.

Workaround

Switch to the new issue view or use your browser's Save image as... to download the file.
