Description
Issue Summary
Single Email Address notification is triggered by Jira but is not sent to the user.
Environment
- Jira Cloud version: 7c10101d
Steps to Reproduce
- Configure the Browse Projects Permission Scheme of a project to Group (Anyone, including non-registered and anonymous users).
- Set one of the events (i.e. Issue Created) of the Notification Scheme of that same project to Single Email Address and enter a valid one. Save the changes.
Expected Results
The notification (in this case when a ticket is created) should be sent to the email address listed there.
Actual Results
No message is sent.
Workaround:
Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
