Provide option to wipe groups during site import

      Problem Definition

      Some users have sandbox instances where they test changes and perform imports on repeatedly. Irregardless if you choose to overwrite or merge user data the groups will remain which can cause the group list to grow large in size with no easy way to bulk delete.

      Suggested Solution

      Give an option to delete groups during site imports

      Workaround

      Use Jira Rest API to delete groups
