Suggestion: Currently on the JIRA Mobile App, once you comment on a tickets by Default the comments are "Internal comment", although there is an option to switch between "Internal comments" and "Reply to customer", this option is barely visible especially if you quickly want to respond to tickets.
It would be good if the comment section by default will "Reply to customer" as how it works when using a Mobile website Browser because if unknown can cause tickets and SLA's to be missed unintentionally.
