Issue Summary

When the customer tries to enable the Jira <> Slack integration, in the manage apps menu, it throws an error in the UI:

Jira error: something went wrong while updating instance

Steps to Reproduce

1. Access the manage apps menu;
2. Navigate to Slack app;
3. Click on configure;
4. Toggle the Enable Slack integration button;

Expected Results

Slack integration should be enabled

Actual Results

Error is shown in the UI

The below exception is thrown in the UI file:

Jira error: something went wrong while updating instance
