"Domain of Reporter" field no longer populates reporter domain value in issue view

Issue Summary

As due to GDPR changes based on documentation below , user email address can be set it visibility :-

However, even though the email address visibility set to "Anyone" , "Domain of Reporter" field value still not visible.

Environment

Cloud

Steps to Reproduce

1. Set a customer account email visibility to "Anyone"
2. Then, create a custom field with "Domain of Reporter" type.
3. Create a ticket on behalf of customer
4. View the issue from JIRA using administrator account.

Expected Results

Reporter domain populated.

Actual Results

Reporter domain not populated.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
