Issue Summary

I repeatedly hit a formatting bug when saving my comment or putting together an issue after adding a handful of images inline.

> "We could not save your comment. It might be empty or have invalid formatting. If you copy-pasted, try removing the formatting and adding it directly in the editor."

Steps to Reproduce

1. Insert an image via the editor, drag and drop, or from your clipboard. 
2. Cut or copy the image using (Ctrl + X / Ctrl + C) to different section of the comment. (For best reproduction, try pasting between two paragraphs of text). 
3. Attempt to save the comment. 

Expected Results

Comment saves with images attached

Actual Results

Comment fails to save, with the following error message:

> "We could not save your comment. It might be empty or have invalid formatting. If you copy-pasted, try removing the formatting and adding it directly in the editor."

Workaround

One solution is to delete the whole comment and re-add the images... one-by-one, or paste the text into another text editor and add it back in without formatting, but this a time consuming workaround.
