Issue Summary

When creating an issue and pasting a Bitbucket URL, for example, the renderer is not applied in the description. However, if editing the issue in the New Issue View, and pasting the same URL, the renderer is correctly applied.

Expected Results

The renderer is applied during the Create Issue Process.

Actual Results

The renderer is applied only if the URL is pasted again while editing the issue.
