New Issue View - Download all attachments

    Description

      In the new issue view it is currently not possible to download all attachments at once, which is possible in the old issue view.

      We regularly get > 5 attachments, which cannot be viewed in the attachment preview, and thus have to be downloaded. 
      Having a "download all attachments" option would be a nice addition to save a bit of time.
