Summary

• Custom field Text Only (Read-only) is editable in the new issue where the field supposed to be Read-only

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a (Read-only) custom field
2. Add the field to the appropriate screens
3. Go to the issue where the field is present and the field would be editable in the new issue view.

Expected Results

• Field should not be editable and maintained for read-only

Actual Results

• The field is editable

Workaround

• Remove the field from Edit Screen operation. This will make the field non-editable in the new issue view.
