Summary

Cannot navigate to next month from the date picker when using IE11

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a ticket with a date picker field
2. Make sure you are viewing the ticket form the new issue view
3. Select a date, for instance, 9th July 2019
4.  Open the ticket from IE11 and try to select ">" the next button to change it to the next month date.
5. Reproduce the issue from IE11

Expected Results

User should be able to navigate to next month and select a date from IE11

Actual Results

The date picker not responsive from IE11

Workaround

1. Edit the date picker from other browsers
2. Switch to old issue view on IE11 to change the date.
