In the new issue view, there's a lag in rendering when typing a comment in the comment section

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open a Jira issue (make sure you're in the new issue view)
2. Start typing a comment into the comment section

Expected Results

Each characters render as they're type

Actual Results

There's a lag in rendering the characters

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
