Description
With the New Issue view rapidly in place on Atlassian Cloud, as a team, we would like to have an option in choosing how we receive notification between the Old and new style notification.
The email batching feature actually groups emails to reduce the notification noise, but at the same time, there's a timeframe or rather delay in which this notification is received and we want notifications to be sent out immediately rather than grouping it.
Suggestion
We would like to have an option on Cloud Administration to decide whether to use the old style notification which comes in immediately a change is done or use the new style notification which actually groups emails despite changes done per minute on a ticket. So this feature should allow us, turn off or on depending on our preference.
