Issue Summary

When you try to import a CSV, and the project role Developers is registered in the instance as "developer" (minor case), Jira throughs an error:

Unexpected failure occurred. Importer will stop immediately. Data may be in an unstable state: Failed to add users to 'Developers' role for the project 'TRI': Errors:
Unknown macro: {name=A project role with name 'Developers' already exists.}

Steps to Reproduce

1. Check if the project role "Developers" was renamed to developers
2. Try to import a CSV file

Expected Results

The import should work correctly since the developer role exist.

Actual Results

Import fails with an error

Workaround

A workaround will be to rename the project role to Developers
