Issue Summary

When using the activity stream gadget, filtering the issues by issue created does not return all results. Some activities on the stream are missing

Environment

Jira Cloud

Steps to Reproduce

#Add activity stream gadget to dashboard

1. Filter the stream by issue created
2. Create a few issues and monitor the activity stream

Expected Results

All issue create show up on the activity stream

Actual Results

Some issue don't show on the activity stream

Workaround

Set the activity stream gadget limit to 99 which is the maximum limit possible. All activities will now show.
