Steps to Reproduce

1. Set a site logo at Jira Server
2. Create a backup file of issues and Jira application home directory, using the steps described at https://confluence.atlassian.com/cloud/migrate-from-jira-server-to-jira-cloud-972349848.html
3. Import each files using the steps described at step 4 and 5

Expected Results

The site logo will be updated using the data stored in the `logos` folder

Actual Results

The site logo remains the same

Notes

This was reproduced using Jira Software 7.13.3

Workaround

At Jira Cloud site, set the site logo again by accessing to Jira settings > Look and Feel
