Problem Definition

The users created a Project and added a custom field called "Enquiry Closed" which is date & time picker field type, however, users are unable to edit the exact time? It only provides the users with a list to choose from i.e. 1:00 pm or 1:30 pm but if the users need to input 1:34 pm they can't.

Expected

• All user able to edit the specific time i.e. 1:34 pm
• 

Actual Result

• The user is only able to edit the custom field in 30 minutes interval
• 

Workaround

• The user should switch back to the old view.
• Profile Avatar > Personal Settings Under Jira Labs toggle the New Issue View to “OFF”
