      Problem definition

      Currently only four Quick-add buttons are visible in Jira new issue view, additional buttons or options will be listed in a dropdown menu as per screenshot below:

      Suggested resolution

      Implement the ability to configure this feature which allows admins to customise the order of the buttons or the number of visible buttons.

            This ticket has been in the queue for 5.5 years, which is an unacceptable delay by any standard. Such an extended period without resolution reflects poorly on the prioritization and project management process.

            Having possibility to configure buttons is essential feature in my opinion. Right now its one of the downsides of Jira cloud solution comparing to on premises. Please add this feature. Thanks!

            Exactly what analytics is Atlassian using to determine what quick buttons will be set. As far as I can tell, the majority of the quick buttons you currently have set are useless to my end-users.

            Thanks for the feedback on quick add buttons in the new issue view. We have a range of improvements we are working on and just wanted to provide an update that we will not be working on this particular feature in the short term. We will keep the ticket open so we make sure we re-visit this request and also to monitor the number of votes.

            Would love to have this feature to reduce the number of clicks required to perform common actions!
